We collect the email address you give us when subscribing to the newsletter, and the name, email address, biography and article content you send when submitting a guest post. We also record anonymous article view counts.
How we use it
Subscriber emails are used only to send the ThomasReach newsletter. Contributor details are used to review, edit, publish and credit submitted articles, and to contact you about your submission.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share contributor email addresses publicly. Only the author name and biography you provide are published alongside an accepted article.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies required to keep editorial accounts signed in. Article view counts are aggregate and are not tied to an individual reader.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to delete your contributor details or an unpublished submission by emailing the contact address listed on our contact page.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change on this page.
